Our Team and Key Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Contact and Referral team (ICART) as a Diversion Support Worker. You will be responsible for engaging families who may not recognise that they need support / intervention, and you will also screen incoming referrals for those who may need support. You will engage children and families creatively, with the aim of mitigating risk, whilst improving outcomes for children and families and will work in close partnership with Social Workers, Family Workers, and partner agencies.

The Social Work Academy is integral in providing support, guidance, and direction, with a focus on professional development. You will receive a bespoke training package, 1:1 support, team learning and reflective group / supervision sessions.
