You are passionate about supporting the residents of Rutland.  You will have the following skill set:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to A level or equivalent administrator experience</li>\n<li>Experienced in the day to day supervision of staff</li>\n<li>Experienced at setting up systems and processes to reduce the need for manual input</li>\n<li>Experience of tracking information and data.</li>\n<li>A team player with the ability to be self-directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>\n<p>This diverse and interesting role will be based in Oakham although, you may need to work from any of our locations across Rutland. Other duties will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>To support the operations within libraries and work on a number of projects including Holiday Activities and Food</li>\n<li>Work closely with all areas of the Living Well Rutland service</li>\n<li>Manage staff rotas</li>\n<li>Provide support to senior staff</li>\n<li>Provide reports for Department of Education</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.</p>\n<p>Please note a full driving licence is required for this role to enable travel to all Rutland County Council sites across the county.</p>\n<p><strong>The Support Officer, Coordination and Tracking interviews will be held face to face on 02 May 2025. </strong>Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.</p>\n<p><strong>We will be reviewing applications on a regular basis and inviting those who meet our essential person specification criteria to interview.
