About Us
The London Borough of Havering’s All Age Quality Team works with providers across the borough in Adult and Children’s services to ensure that quality care is being delivered to our services users.
The team focuses on consistent provider engagement and monitoring to inform where to focus its resources and support.
About the Job
The Senior Quality Officer will work closely with the All Age Quality and Provider Engagement Manager to support the wider team in monitoring services across the borough.
The role covers both Adults and Children’s services, so the successful candidate will be working with key stakeholders across both areas of work.
About You
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and IT skills.
You will have experience in carrying out service quality audits and/or monitoring visits/inspections.
A sound knowledge in legislation that is crucial to both Adult and Children’s Social Care is essential.
It is desirable that the successful candidate will have experience across both Adult and Children’s services.
