We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic 1:1 midday assistant to join our successful school to either work with a named KS1 child during the lunch break.
The successful candidate will be:
● Able to develop positive relationships with pupils and use a variety of strategies to
keep pupils engaged;
● Proactive, flexible, well-organised and willing to work collaboratively with other
colleagues;
● Passionate about supporting a pupil with SEND, contributing to ensuring is a safe
and enjoyable experience for them;
● Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with pupils;
● Proactive in promoting social skills and collaboration amongst children;
● Flexible and willing to take on a range of roles and responsibilities.
● Follow the schools’ key policies and procedures;
