Staff are friendly and supportive within a welcoming, aspirational environment.</p>\n<p>We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic 1:1 midday assistant to join our successful school to either work with a named KS1 child during the lunch break.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be:<br>● Able to develop positive relationships with pupils and use a variety of strategies to<br>keep pupils engaged;<br>● Proactive, flexible, well-organised and willing to work collaboratively with other<br>colleagues;<br>● Passionate about supporting a pupil with SEND, contributing to ensuring is a safe<br>and enjoyable experience for them;<br>● Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with pupils;<br>● Proactive in promoting social skills and collaboration amongst children;<br>● Flexible and willing to take on a range of roles and responsibilities.<br>● Follow the schools’ key policies and procedures;</p>\n<p><br>We can offer:<br>● A well-resourced environment<br>● A cohesive and enthusiastic staff team<br>● Polite and motivated pupils<br>● Support and commitment to continuing professional development<br>● A positive, engaged wider school community</p>\n<p><br>As an employee, you will be covered by our excellent well-being support and medical cover programmes provided through the Health Assured and Medicash organisations.
