Staff in these teams are responsible for ensuring that our statutory responsibilities for looked after children and care leavers are properly met.</p><p><strong>Your New Role:</strong></p><p>You will provide high quality customer care and produce accurate and professional records, multi-tasking and working under pressure. You will handle email and telephone enquiries and all correspondence in confidence. You will book appointments and arrange meetings, taking minutes of more complex meetings, often of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. You will maintain files and documentation and carry out all necessary word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation duties. You will facilitate the unaccompanied minor's administration process, administer the collection of statutory data and presentation of service performance information, and support preparations for Ofsted inspections. It is a very busy and a challenging role, for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to do a worthwhile job. You can take accurate, detailed minutes of complex meetings and have good IT, numeracy and literacy skills. You can demonstrate consistently high standards of customer care and customer service. You have good attention to detail, are accurate, and can work flexibly to meet the requirements of the team. You can prioritise your workload and have good organisational skills.
