They play vital role in ensuring good traffic flow, maximising available parking spaces and enhancing safety throughout the Borough of Broxbourne.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The areas of responsibility include both on and off-street parking contraventions, as well as the smooth running of the Council’s pay and display car parks and on-street pay and display areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Excellent customer care skills are essential for this role. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good people skills often in challenging situations; they must be good team players and have basic computer skills. They must be prepared to work in all weathers on a flexible rota basis, which will include weekends and bank holidays.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A manual driving licence is required.
