With no sales targets and a Monday to Friday pattern you will be one of the main points of contact within the Team.
About the Person
Proven record of motivating & supervising a Team.
Strong digital skills & experience of using digital & social media in Customer Contact environments an advantage.
Handling Customer complaints.
Monitoring & quality checking to ensure residents are receiving the best possible service.
Be organised and able to plan your time effectively.
Confident & clear communication skills including written, verbal and IT skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities.
Logical and practical approach to problem solving.
