Chase Lane Primary School and Nursery is a vibrant and successful school in the North East of London with approximately 680 children on roll representing over 40 different languages.  A clear vision and deep-rooted values are at the heart of our work. Music Specialist

 Music Teacher 0.6 Contract (3 days per week)

For a 1 year Maternity Cover from April 2025

 Salary Range – Unqualified teacher pay range to teachers’ main pay scale dependent on qualifications

We are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher, or an unqualified teacher specialist who is a dynamic and highly motivated practitioner to join our enthusiastic team.   This role is a tremendous opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The job will be teaching Music with children from KS1 through to KS2 on a Wednesday, Thursday and a Friday from April 2025.

The ideal candidate will able to: -

• Motivate children to achieve their best
• Be an enthusiastic classroom practitioner who is dedicated and committed to their own professional development;
• Encourage and promote high expectations of children to ensure high levels of achievement and attainment;
• Be an excellent team player.
• Be Musical/ Able to play an instrument
