One full-time, 39 week term time only experienced Office Manager. (37 hrs per week)
The Governing Body welcomes applications for the position of Office Manager to join our team in March 2025.
The successful cand
idate will play a proactive role within the School Support Team.
You will manage the financial and non-teaching administration which will include all aspects of the school’s resources management: annual budget planning, administration, support services, premises and accessing external funding. Within the role you will support the head teacher and governors in the continuing improvements to financial management.
To build on the school’s current progress, we are looking to appoint a forward-thinking individual who passionately shares our ambition to make Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Catholic Primary School outstanding.
The successful candidate will demonstrate achievements in the following (areas):
Experience of a variety of financial management systems and processes and procedures
Experience of budgetary management and control within an educational organisation
A working knowledge of facilities management
An understanding of the need and responsibility to safeguard children
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
An ability to analyse data and evidence of higher-level ICT skills
