The vacancy
Your typical day could start with ensuring that support workers carry out needs and risk assessments as well as completing support plans. Then you might attend meetings with internal or external stakeholders whilst working closely with various agencies to prioritise referrals.
As a Team Manager, you'll be providing leadership and direction for your team of support workers to deliver high quality and effective support services which promote the independence, wellbeing, and inclusion of our customers. You will deliver service improvement projects and initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the team outcomes of the service.
You're a caring and compassionate person who thrives whilst helping others. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you're first rate at delivering excellent customer care. To be successful in this role you'll need to be an effective team worker.

- Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Kind, empathetic, and have a positive attitude.
- Experienced in managing a team in a Care & Support setting.
- Experienced in working jointly with other agencies and statutory organisations.
