You’ll also work closely with the council and outreach teams.</p>\n<p><strong>RBKC Services</strong>: We help people with challenges like mental health, homelessness, and substance use. Our support focuses on care, trust, and helping people rebuild their lives.</p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern:</strong> 37.5 hours per week on a 7-day rota, including night and late shifts over a 6-week cycle.
