You will be the first point of contact for the school and should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability work under pressure. Be able to use relevant software packages efficiently and effectively to access, manage, retrieve and share the various types of information required by the post holder’s specific role.</li>\n<li>Be able to competently use all items of office equipment, such as the photocopier, and keep up to date with developments and changes to such equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintain and follow safe secure door entry system.</li>\n<li>To maintain appropriate pupil and staff records, producing information returns and statistics as required.</li>\n<li>Follow all processes meticulously for the processing of money and ensure receipts are provided for money relating to school trips, staff meals and any other event.</li>\n<li>Be the lead on admissions and maintaining pupil records and pupil transfers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Short listed candidates will be contacted for interview.
