We are looking for a Development Analyst to help our Development & Sales Division deliver new homes.
This is a new role that has a dual focus:
- Helping the Division to devise and review excellent policies and procedures
- Analysing the Division’s data to ensure that it has a clear view of performance
Reporting to the Senior Development Analyst, it’s a great opportunity to work across the division with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria: -
- The ability to write documentation to a very high standard.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the housing sector and the challenges the sector faces
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret, quantify and summarise information from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of PowerBi or similar data visualisation tools.
- An ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work collaboratively.
