The role involves the devising, embedding and teaching of new essential digital skills modules across community groups. The post holder will lead in the development and implementation of a new Essential Digital Skills strategy for the organisation. The applicant must have extensive experience of working with learners of varying abilities and digital experiences drawn from a range of diverse community backgrounds.</p>\n<p>The post holder will also work closely with other adult education tutors in advising and supporting the delivery of online programmes and EDS units where appropriate. leading / supporting intervention sessions</li>\n<li>Ability to work constructively as part of a team , understanding staff roles and responsibilities and own position alongside these roles</li>\n<li>Have knowledge and understanding of inclusion within every aspect of the school and classroom</li>\n<li>Have a sense of humour, optimism and team
