You will be responsible for managing a small team of officers to deliver this vital project.</p>\n<p><strong>What’s the role?</strong></p>\n<p>This post reports to the Director of Resident Engagement and Services in Housing and is responsible for the management of the expiry of our Housing PFI contract. This is the first PFI contract to expire at Lewisham Council so this is a new post and a new process. The PFI has 1,829 properties under management. There is a complex commercial environment to be navigated in ensuring that the risks of the expiry process are managed.&nbsp;As the PFI delivers essential services within the community it is vital that we prepare and have a good handover at the end of the contract. This post would &nbsp;manage the contract for the survey, liaise with the PFI over access and interrogate what comes out of the survey and ensure that the correct works are programmed in.
