The team has a large portfolio of projects from minor highway improvements under the Combined Authority Transport Plan to wider City Region major projects and Key Route Network infrastructure improvements. To help us deliver these services effectively we are seeking highly motivated individuals in the following key roles:</p>\n<p>We have developed a career progression pathway with four stages with a well-defined framework for progression through the stages, which would be subject to meeting the competency-based evidence at review. Successful candidates will be fully supported on their career path with rewarding work-related development and, where applicable, day release training at college. The candidate should consider what personal attributes they can offer to work within a Highway Engineering Team setting. In addition, each candidate should be able to work in an agile manner to meet the needs of the service. The candidate must display good interpersonal skills and be able to work with colleagues to overcome complex engineering solutions.
