In the months ahead we will be expanding our Front Door service to include the Adolescent Safety Framework, we are proud to continue to be developing our service.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">The Front Door will work closely together with the newly forming Assessment Team which as the Front Door manager, you will work closely and supportively with the newly formed assessment team manager.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">We are a team who sit together, learn from each other and are developing our knowledge and understanding of Restorative Relationships and Trauma Informed practice. We are really excited about our future and the difference we can make to children and their families North Somerset.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week. Although there is some room from working outside the office we have found that a strength of our team in the fact we are together for the working week. If you as successful you will be line managed by The Head of Front Door and Family Wellbeing.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">In this role, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplined team to ensure service delivery through self and others and be part of the management team in the local area with collective responsibly for the strategic development of services in partnership with other professionals.
