They will work in accordance with service specifications and agreements to provide a flexible service which is responsive, and inclusive to individual needs, underpinned by SIG’s Theory of Change.</p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern: Night 8pm to 4am or 5pm to 5am</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Salary: £12.82 p/h plus an additional 12.07% for annual leave accrual</strong></p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE SERVICE</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pathways to Independence work across  Medway and Maidstone in Kent.</strong></p>\n<p>Our Medway Homeless Projects provide accommodation and support to single homeless people in the Medway town, or people in unsuitable accommodation or at immediate risk of homelessness.  In Maidstone we can offer accommodation to both men and women who are currently under the National Probation Services, CRC or who have a history of offending behaviour.  We work with rough sleepers and ex-offenders in both areas, support towards independent and stable living.</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p>\n<p>The post holder will be driven to provide high quality, effective assistance to others in a person-centred approach. They will thrive working on their own initiative, taking responsibility for the running of the concierge service within the property, with remote support provided. This includes but is not limited to welfare checks, risk assessments, support sessions, safeguarding checks, training and development, and other responsibilities required for effective service delivery.</li>\n<li>Support in creating an enabling environment which helps empower residents/participants to have greater independence.</li>\n<li>Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.</li>\n<li>Administration duties will vary.
