Then, you might assist customers in navigating welfare benefits or liaise with external agencies to ensure they receive the right support. As an Outreach Support Worker, you'll focus on creating a supportive environment, helping individuals overcome challenges and sustain their tenancies. You'll play a key role in crisis intervention, empowering customers to live independently and confidently. You are compassionate, proactive, and committed to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your strong interpersonal skills and understanding of housing support needs will help you make a real difference in your customers' lives. Could it be you?
