We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the passion and skill to continue to help develop the centre and a team of instructors and ensure that the site retains all necessary licences and certification to provide a quality service as well as working closely with all the resident clubs on site.</p>\n<p>The post involves the delivery of sessions, overseeing staff delivering activities, pay & play, and coach mentoring and at times you may also be undertaking a general building supervisory role which allows for experience to be gained within the leisure management industry as you will be ensuring the smooth day to day operation of all areas within the building.</p>\n<p>The successful candidates must possess a passion for watersports and land-based activities. You must be an excellent communicator and possess the interpersonal skills required to consult with a wide range of clients, resident clubs and NGB contacts.. You must be able to lead, manage and motivate a team of instructors to deliver all aspects of the centre’s activity programmes.
