You will also oversee the day-to-day repairs, manage voids, ensure cyclical compliance and coordinate capital works and Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).</p>\n<p>The Senior Building Surveyor will also be responsible for ensuring projects are effectively procured and that they meet statutory and legislative requirements, delivering value for money and adhering to our internal governance policies and procedures. </p>\n<h3>About the team...</h3>\n<p>Our dynamic Housing Management Team provides an extensive and responsive property management service to homeless clients in temporary accommodation. As part of the Welfare and Housing Service, our team collaborates closely to achieve the best outcomes and deliver a comprehensive service to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This includes coordinating with our main term contractor and service contractor for repairs and specialist projects. </p>\n<p>You will inspect and assess repair requests, such as damp and mould, providing technical advice on solutions.
