About the Person
•We are looking for an experienced Benefit Officer who can hit the ground running.
•Who is a dedicated team player and has the ability to assess all Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims.
•Has great communication skills both written and verbal.
•Can efficiently prioritise workloads and has a flexible approach.
•Has experience with Benefits systems preferably NEC.
