The vacancy
Your day could begin with a review of fire precautionary measures across several properties to ensure compliance, followed by a meeting with internal teams to discuss fire risk action plans. Later, you might collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of fire safety recommendations. Finally, you could participate in a quality assurance review to help continuously improve our fire risk assessment processes.
As a Fire Risk Assessor at Peabody, you'll be ensuring residents and visitors feel safe in their homes. No two days will be the same as you assess fire risks, manage key relationships, and provide clear and actionable recommendations. You'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, improving safety, and supporting Peabody's wider objectives.
You'll be working collaboratively with a high-performing and dynamic team where your contributions will directly impact the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
You'll conduct fire risk assessments (FRAs) across various properties, producing detailed and timely reports while reviewing and recommending fire precautionary measures to support the implementation of action plans. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to provide pragmatic, clear, and concise fire safety solutions, contributing to the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our FRA programme. Additionally, you'll be actively working towards membership with the Institute of Fire Engineers and third-party accreditation, ensuring continuous professional development and excellence in fire safety.
