The job role
We are looking for an experienced Recovery Officer to join our team dealing with the recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Sundry Debts.
The successful candidate will be dealing with customers, making and monitoring payment arrangements. You will also be responding to general correspondence.
A full UK driving license is essential.
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities. You must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
You will need to be a confident outgoing individual with excellent organisation and IT skills.
