Join Our Team as an Inclusion Lead
We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Lead to work alongside the Assistant Director of People and Change.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integration of effective safeguarding and equalities practices throughout our teams, maintaining compliance and high standards in these critical areas.
Your responsibilities will include leading policy and practice for key issues such as domestic abuse, support for care leavers, individuals with complex needs, refugees, and members of the armed forces.
You will be empowered to embody our core principles of resilience, adaptability, and participation. Additionally, you will engage in a Strategy & Programmes Matrix to enhance your skills in policy development, programme management and strategic partnerships.
