Job Title: Appropriate Body Administrator
Location: HFCMAT - Teaching School Hub (St John Plessington Catholic College)
Responsible to: Teaching School Hub Director
Salary Grade: BAND G Scale 19-24 (£31,067 - £34,314); pro rata £16,175 - £17,855.
Contract: This post is for 15 hours per week, ideally across 3 days working 9.30am - 2.30pm. The role will work across term time plus 1 additional week only. This post is fixed- term until 31st August 2028 in the first instance, or for the duration of grant funding.

We wish to appoint an experienced administration officer to support the Teaching School Hub Director and Strategic Lead for Appropriate Body Services with administrative tasks.
You should have exceptional people skills, enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Our Teaching School Hub work supports all schools across the Liverpool and Wirral area.
The day-to-day activities of the role will include:
Keep abreast of statutory guidance for Appropriate Bodies and Induction for Early Career Teachers
Ensure that statutory guidance is communicated to key parties/stakeholders including all updates
Undertaking/dealing with all personnel/confidential correspondence.
Being the first port of call for schools, Induction Tutors and Early Career Teachers.
Preparing papers/co-ordinating arrangements for Teaching School Hub AB meetings and provide administration and organisational support including minute taking if required.
Work with the AB Lead and/or TSH Director to create briefing materials to support the effective and appropriate induction of early career teachers
Supporting the reporting process and assisting with the analysis of trends, data and performance both internally and to external stakeholders.
Promoting all AB training events across all partnerships on a regular basis and additionally as appropriate.
Liaise with the Hub ECF team to ensure all ECTs on the full induction programme within the Hub are registered with us as AB for statutory Induction (or that we have a rationale if not)
Uploading documents and information to ensure digital platforms are up to date with all training available. Operate the ECT Manager digital platform, ensuring our offer is correctly stated and advertised across the Hub area
Liaise with presenters to ensure quality provision.
Provide, administer and collate evaluations for our own Teaching School Hub AB events in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Undertake general correspondence including evaluations for our own Teaching School Hub AB training events.
To deputise for your line manager as required.
