You will work with other internal and external enforcement agencies on joint projects and operations. You will also be proficient in the use of IT, including premises databases and the Intelligence Database (IDB). You will hold a relevant professional qualification in Trading Standards.\nIn addition to the above responsibilities, as a Principal Trading Standards Officer you will lead in the development of best practice policies and procedures, undertake the more contentious and complex investigations of regional or national significance, and represent the RSP at regional and national forums.
