You will also act as a coach/mentor to a group of students and take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students and young people within Sandhurst School, to reduce and overcome barriers to personal development and progress of students.</p>\n<p>Please see the job description for further information – this is not exhaustive or exclusive. They will work across the school in various departments, providing support for children with special educational needs and working closely with class teachers to ensure these students reach their potential.</p>\n<p>There will be opportunities to run small group interventions depending on the candidate’s previous experience, with training provided to aid with the support of various specific difficulties and disabilities.
