Collaborate with all team members to ensure resources are effectively distributed depending on workload</li>\n<li>Examine and decide Building Regulation applications</li>\n<li>Inspect building works within the Partnership for compliance with the Building Regulations</li>\n<li>Enforce the removal of Building Regulation contraventions</li>\n<li>To advise residents and customers both generally and within the field of building control</li>\n<li>To assist in the control of dangerous structures and in any emergency situation regarding building works within the Partnership</li>\n<li>To assist the Manager in maintaining the team databases to ensure the team meet the requirements of the BSR KPI`s and LABC QMS.</li>\n</ul>\nThis is a hybrid role but the vacancy covers the Farnborough area and the local office is close with desk space for office working if preferred.
