The successful candidate must:\n<ul>\n<li>Have an extensive knowledge and competency in SIMs/SIMs finance package `FMS’</li>\n<li>Have Experience with ‘Parent Pay’ (or similar) online payment systems including production of debt and payment reports</li>\n<li>Complete a weekly online food order for the school’s internal breakfast club and manage half termly payments and registers</li>\n<li>Monitor stock/ordering e.g. office stationery, first aid supplies</li>\n<li>Be able to plan a school visit, including booking coaches, venues and completing a profit/ loss statement, this includes managing payments from parents </li>\n<li>To support the School Business Manager with the school’s external lettings procedures and internal clubs run by school staff</li>\n<li>Be prepared to undertake a range of administrative tasks providing support for the School Business Manager, for example processing orders using leger codes and cost centres accurately and checking deliveries in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Have a first aid qualification and administer first aid to pupils (training can be arranged)</li>\n<li>Enjoy working as part of a team</li>\n<li>Have excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Be flexible due to the variety of the role within a school office</li>\n</ul>\nVisits to the school are warmly welcomed.
