The vacancy
Your typical day could start with a variety of cleaning activities around our communal areas such as estate roads, grassed and paved areas, courtyard or garaged areas, service roads, foot paths and playgrounds. Then you might be tasked to handle resident's issues efficiently and reporting back any concerns to your area manager.
As an Estate Services Caretaker, you'll be providing a high quality, customer focused caretaking service. With a particular focus on maintaining our estates, you'll actively work in partnership with key colleagues to manage effective service delivery, developing and improving Peabody's caretaking services to residents and ensuring we take full account of residents' needs.
You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you're first rate at delivering excellent customer care. To be successful in this role you'll need to be on site five days a week.

- Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Experienced within a caretaking/cleaning environment.
- Able to demonstrate practical experience in the use of powered equipment.
