- Be confident to use own initiative and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Be able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and by telephone
- Keep calm under pressure and be able to cope with frequent interruptions
- Be experienced in an administrative and finance role
- Be a team member who is happy to be flexible if necessary
- Have good IT skills, in particular a working knowledge of Word & Excel
- Have a clear understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
The ideal candidate will need to have enthusiasm, a strong moral compass and high expectations. A positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability are essential for this post.
