Midday Assistants

Start Date: January 2025

Contract Type: Temporary - 1 year

Hours:  5 hours per week, (FTE 11.64%) Mon - Fri (12.15pm - 1.15pm) 

Weeks per year: 38 weeks per year (term time)

Salary: 2.3 - 2.4  (£27,729 - £28,125) Inclusive of Outer London Allowance

Actual Salary: £3,228 - £3,274 p.a Inclusive of Outer London Allowance

We are now looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring MDA to join Benhurst Primary School.

Job Purpose:

Acting as part of a team, to take care and control of all the pupils on the school premises during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.

You will:

• Share our passion and commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be professional, approachable and caring
• Have first aid knowledge preferred but not essential
• Enjoy working with children (experience preferred but not essential)
• Work as part of a team
