As a Leisure Assistant you will be supporting the delivery of family events, assisting with the operation of boat hire on the lake side at Dinton, running the paddling pool at California, and checking car parks and play areas to ensure the high level of customer care and health and safety standards are maintained during the busy summer season. <br><br>The successful candidate will be introduced to our comprehensive training opportunities to accelerate your personal development into a fully qualified and experienced outdoor sports instructor if so desired. It is essential that you are confident working in and around water and with the public in an outdoor environment.</p>\n<p>There is also possible progression for those interested to help on some land activity sessions under supervision on the instructional staff, and progress on to running sessions for a variety of clients.
