Tandridge District Council are looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join it’s small and friendly IT Team. The role will work alongside the Council’s 2 other administrators for both the operational support of the Council’s platform and also developing its capabilities to deliver digital solutions to staff and residents.
The Council has been using Salesforce since 2019 and already delivers a number of services using Service Cloud. It has recently implemented Experience Cloud and Mulesoft, and is continuing to build upon the capability of its Salesforce ecosystem - to ensure that it is delivering maximum efficiency and value to staff and residents.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Service and Experience Cloud (and ideally also Mulesoft). Your expertise in these technologies will be essential in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our CRM platform, as well as using them to design and build digital solutions to meet the requirements of Council service areas and needs of our residents.
What we offer
This role is a real opportunity to help transform and improve services and processes within the Council, as well as how these are delivered to residents and how our customers engage with us.
Like all local authorities, Tandridge delivers a wide-ranging variety of services, and the work undertaken by its Salesforce administrators truly reflects that diversity.
We are a small IT Team supporting a complex array of services and whilst this means there are times when conflicting priorities require juggling, it also offers the opportunity for creative solution design, ownership and genuinely making a difference.
The Council is a friendly and flexible place to work. The role will initially require 2 days per week attendance at the Council’s Oxted office, with the opportunity to work on a more remote basis going forward if needed.
The office is a short walk from Oxted train station and we have on-site parking.
Diversity statement
At Tandridge District Council, we pride ourselves on maintaining an inclusive workplace, ensuring equality, fairness, and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do and good practice is embedded in the Council’s culture and services.
We welcome applications from all sectors of our community, including BAME, LGBTQ+ and all groups protected under the Equality Act.
Tandridge is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.
