Specifically, the SBFSO will take responsibility for gathering technical building information required for the development of Building Safety Case Reports.</p>\n<p>The SBFSO will be required to project manage the fire safety improvement measures arising from FRAEWs, FRA s and other building safety assessments. Close working with the fire engineers, specialist consultants and building contractors is required during the assessment stage, the specification periods and during the on-site works, to assist with the delivery of Poplar HARCA’s fire safety improvement works programme.</p>\n<p>As the Senior Building Fire Safety Officer, you will be taking responsibility for co-ordinating and managing matters relating to structural and fire safety for in-scope buildings to meet legislative requirements.
