Located in the Green Belt, Brentwood boasts busy high streets, picturesque villages, spacious parks with cycle and walking trails, outstanding schools, and year-round cultural events. Stansted, Southend and London City Airports are only 30 minutes away for residents looking to travel further afield.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Building Control Surveyor</strong> </p>\n<p>Salary £42,700 – £47,156 per annum, plus market supplement of £5,000 per annum. (market supplement to be reviewed after 12 months) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has at least two years’ experience in a similar role and who is a member or, at least, working towards membership of an appropriate body including RICS, CABE or CIOB.
