In addition, you will help to grow our business by establishing and strengthening working relationships with architects, developers as well as other existing or potential clients. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Brentwood is a thriving borough of 75,000 residents. Located in the Green Belt, Brentwood boasts busy high streets, picturesque villages, spacious parks with cycle and walking trails, outstanding schools, and year-round cultural events. With its excellent road and rail connections, Brentwood is also a great base for getting into central London or exploring the East of England. Stansted, Southend and London City Airports are only 30 minutes away for residents looking to travel further afield. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Building Control Surveyor</strong> </p>\n<p>Salary £42,700 – £47,156 per annum, plus market supplement of £5,000 per annum. (market supplement to be reviewed after 12 months) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has at least two years’ experience in a similar role and who is a member or, at least, working towards membership of an appropriate body including RICS, CABE or CIOB. You must be self-motivated, be able to work on own initiative and have broad experience in Building Control legislation and enforcement processes.
