The Governing Board of Malvern Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our supportive and inclusive team. This role involves working with and supervising children under the guidance of the class teacher, supporting their learning through effective classroom management, addressing physical and social needs and providing general care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for pupils across the school by delivering targeted interventions to meet individual and group needs.
- Assist in implementing tailored strategies to support children’s academic, emotional and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children in developing their social, emotional and behavioural skills through structured programmes.
- Monitor and report on pupils’ progress and respond flexibly to their evolving needs.
- Promote positive relationships and model appropriate interactions with pupils and colleagues.
- Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions to ensure they align with the school’s priorities.

- Experience in supporting children through intervention programmes.
- A strong understanding of strategies to promote inclusion and well-being.
- Experience in addressing a variety of learning needs, including those related to social, emotional and academic development.
