Dacorum Council is transforming its ICT infrastructure to align with its recently approved digital strategy. Our digital principles are:

The Applications Analyst will sit within the Applications teams to:
- Provide application technical support to users across the Council.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of applications issues.
- Perform upgrades and scheduled maintenance and working with the Infrastructure and Cyber Security Engineers deploy patches and security fixes.
This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our business applications, providing high-level technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with end-users across the organization. The Applications Support Analyst will provide support for application-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to business processes. This position requires a deep understanding of application architecture, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with working pattern being 2 days office based and 3 working remotely.
Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK. Some out of hours working may be required.
