The Oaks Academy are seeking to appoint an approachable, positive, helpful, well organised, knowledgeable and proactive Site Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of school, business or industry site management. They will have a passion for protecting, maintaining and improving the school site and will contribute to creating and promoting a safe and welcoming school environment for all members of the school community.
They will have experience and knowledge of risk assessing, scheduling and monitoring, supervising, health and safety, good IT skills, and a high level of maintenance and repair skills. The job description provides a detailed overview.
The successful applicant will be part of a team that helps maintain our site, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures. Our site team always approach any task with a can-do attitude and hardworking ethos. The team go above and beyond to support the school.

Actual salary is Grade 5: £18,057 - £19,310 p.a. for hours worked
