Hub Manager - Early Help

Range 6 - £42,139 - £47,691

We are recruiting a Hub Manager to join our Family Solutions service.
As a Hub Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision and support to the Team Leaders and support service implementation to meet the needs for Medway families. Hubs Managers are also responsible for the quality and performance of assessments, plans and reviews of families ensuring the work of the team manages risk, need and vulnerability.
The Hub Managers will be responsible for data, systems and the reporting against key indicators ensuring the service performance is understood. The Hub Managers will need to use available data and partnership working to analyse the needs of the Hub area and be responsive to the needs of vulnerable families.
You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience and ideally have experience of working with ‘Signs of Safety’ or a similar relationship and strengths-based practice framework.
This post is subject to an enhanced Children’s DBS check.
Candidates must have a valid driving licence for use in the UK and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
