About the Role

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking an experienced professional to join our High Growth Account Management service—a pivotal initiative supporting high-growth and high-growth potential businesses in the Liverpool City Region.

As part of the High Growth Account Management service, you will work with a diverse portfolio of businesses. You’ll utilize growth diagnostic tools to evaluate business potential, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities. By collaborating with businesses, you will develop actionable growth plans and strategies tailored to their unique needs. Additionally, you will guide them through the business support landscape, referring and connecting them with the most relevant programmes and initiatives.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth across the Liverpool City Region. Working closely with colleagues in Business Growth and the wider network of business support delivery partners, you will play a vital part in fostering economic growth and helping ambitious enterprises thrive.

About the person

We are looking for an accomplished professional with extensive experience supporting businesses across various sectors, including advanced manufacturing, health and life sciences, and digital/creative industries. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to address unique business needs and growth challenges effectively, utilising growth diagnostic tools and assessments.

This individual should demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional qualities, excelling in mentoring, account management, and fostering meaningful relationships built on trust and integrity. A commitment to delivering outstanding service to businesses, colleagues, and partners is essential.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, the candidate will exhibit exceptional project management skills, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of processes, CRM systems management, and documentation.

A positive, adaptable, and creative problem-solver, the individual will thrive in dynamic environments and proactively encourage ideas and collaboration across teams to overcome challenges and drive success.
