The vacancy
As an Internal Communications Officer, you'll play a vital part in delivering impactful internal communications campaigns that bring our organisation to life for employees. From crafting compelling content for newsletters and social media to managing our employee intranet, you'll ensure our teams stay informed, inspired, and connected.
You're a natural communicator with a flair for crafting engaging and accessible content for a wide range of audiences. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams as you'll provide expert advice to teams, host sessions, and support internal events designed to celebrate successes and share knowledge. Your creativity will shine as you develop engaging campaigns that resonate with employees and drive meaningful change.
You'll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely.
Your role will also include supporting the implementation of a new engagement tool to foster collaboration and creativity across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues in Communications, Marketing, and External Affairs, you'll align internal messaging with external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity.

- Experienced in an internal communications function.
- Experienced in developing internal communications campaigns.
- Confident and able to manage an employee focused intranet.
