meticulously created a curriculum that stimulates and challenges each of our students based on their individual needs and starting points.  Our personalised approach and tailored assessment systems ensure that all students make outstanding progress during their time at Merefield School.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Governors seek to appoint three enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Welfare Assistants to join our established, hard- working and dedicated team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As Welfare Assistant you will prepare for lunchtimes each day by arranging furniture and collecting and giving out meals.  The role will include supporting Merefield staff in supervising and supporting pupils, encouraging good practice at lunchtimes and promoting independence.  You will assist the pupils with their individual eating / feeding programs, follow individual personal care plans, follow behaviour plans and you will also assist pupils with toileting and personal care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Completed application forms can be returned to the school via post or emailed to Gemma
