- Proven experience in general repairs or multi-trade maintenance.
- Familiarity with working in public areas, such as playgrounds.
- Commitment to delivering great customer service.
- A full UK driving licence.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll work with our Green Spaces team to maintain hard landscaping features, including play equipment, fencing, and street furniture. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient, cost-effective repairs and maintenance services in public and communal spaces.
- Planning and delivering reactive and proactive repairs, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Undertaking a range of repair tasks, including fencing, painting, carpentry, bollard and bin replacements, playground equipment repairs, and more.
- Recording work using a handheld device/app.
- Maintaining equipment, tools, and a company-provided van to a high standard.
- Participating in quality assurance checks and completing accident reports when required.
Please note: This role requires a full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check.
