You will be responsible for ensuring our customer standards are delivered, and that the customer's experience of our service is positive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be responsible for circa 7 Ground Maintenance Operatives who work across the region. This role will report to the Estates and Additional Services Team Leader.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We expect our supervisors to have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Safeguarding, formulating risk assessments and safe systems of work, and experience of training others and a good understanding of Ground Maintenance knowledge to be able to pass this onto others.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A company vehicle will be provided for business use, PDA fuel card, Uniform and PPE and parking paid will all be provided. It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role.</strong></p>\n<p>  <strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>The Person:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong>The successful candidate will have the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li> Experience of leading and taking responsibility with ability to develop capacity of individuals by exploring objectives and evaluating progress against targets</li>\n<li> Excellent written and verbal communication over a variety of channels with demonstrable presenting skills and the ability to engage an audience</li>\n<li>Relevant practical experience of delivering excellent Customer Service in frontline face to face environment acting in the capacity of a supervisor, whilst providing practical support in delivering operational tasks</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with CRM, Risk management and Finance systems and competency with MS packages.
