As a Caretaking Team Leader you will be:
- Developing and promoting strategies for the provision of caretaking services either in South & Southwest neighbourhoods, understanding of the service charge process and its implementation.
- Managing the caretaking team to provide a high standard of service to residents whilst understanding the barriers they face and finding innovative and effective solutions.
- Taking the lead to ensure your team provide a responsive caretaking service for residents of L&Q, working towards continuously increasing resident satisfaction.
- Working collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Managing a budget for staff and resources ensuring value for money to residents.
You should be:
- Able to respond to problems quickly to meet our tough quality standards and targets.
- Able to motivate and lead the caretaking services team to supervise and develop staff and provide the high level of service expected by our residents.
- If you are hardworking, proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused, then please apply.
- You must have experience of managing people, and an understanding of caretaking and estate services.
- You must have good IT, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
- You will also need to be flexible and able to use your initiative where required and have a full driving license and access to a vehicle as required.
It is an essential requirement that you have a good standard of both literacy and IT skills, as you will be required to use a PC completing KPI’s, monitoring and reports, as well as undertaking online courses and assessments, We can further your skills during the probation period.
A Full UK, driving license is essential, a company van will not be provided for this role and will need to use own vehicle so access to a car is essential
