The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve complex customer information and display an excellent understanding of handling customer enquiries and service requests via face to face, telephone and email.</p> <p>The Havering Housing Demand Service delivers the statutory advice and homelessness preventions services and the Housing Register and Allocations function. With the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 coming into force in April 2018, we created new posts to provide administrative support to the Team.</p> <p>You will work with people at risk of homelessness and their landlords alike. We want you to diagnose and resolve complex customer information and display an excellent understanding of handling customer enquiries and help residents remain in their homes where homelessness can be prevented and support landlords who provide the council with properties to relieve homelessness.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
