About the Role
The post will provide professional project management expertise to deliver the LCR Life Sciences Innovation Zone Programme, working with public and private sector partners to drive forward implementation during the delivery phase.
The Liverpool City Region Innovation Zone is a £160 million government investment designed to accelerate the growth of the health and life science sector, part of Government’s Investment Zone Programme.
The successful candidate will provide project management expertise to support the coordination of all Innovation Zone workstreams internally including Investment, Communications, Skills, Policy and Inward Investment. They will develop and support key relationships with relevant stakeholders and government.
About the person
We are seeking an individual with professional project management expertise to lead and manage key work streams for the LCR Innovation Zone Programme. We are looking for someone to support and manage key relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the LCR Innovation Zone Programme.
Working with colleagues in Business Growth, the individual will play a key role supporting the development of the of the LCR Innovation Eco-System through the LCR Innovation Zone Programme. The individual will support businesses operating in and attracted to the LCR Innovation Zone key programmes, lead on the application and approval of tax site benefits and additional support.
We are seeking an individual keen to play a highly visible role and work closely with the LCR Innovation Zone Management Board.
The role is a fixed term 4-year post. The term of the role will be extended in line with funding.
Interviews for the role will be held on the 6th and 7th of February.
